From the first time he stepped in a show ring, Ashley was ready to compete -- in fact, at his first puppy match he was a winner before he was officially lead broken. Finishing with 5 major wins, Ash's last major was memorable in that it included besting numerous Champion males, including the number # 1 Cairn in the country at the time. As a youngster, Ashley won the competitive 12-18 puppy class at Montgomery County in 2002, and was Reserve Winners Dog at the Trinity Valley Cairn Terrier Specialty show from the 9-12 month puppy class that same year, all owner handled.

Ashley has wonderful breed type, an extra sound front assembly, lovely arch of neck, coupled with swift effortless movement. Ashley sports a phenomenal pedigree with two very famous grandsires --1998 Montgomery County winner, Ch. Tweedsmuir's Ohioville Hudson, and Multiple Best in Show winner, Ch. Rose Croft Best Foot Forward. We believe he is currently the only male Cairn in America that directly joins these two great bloodlines.
